Our Founder

Helene Buchanan-Dunne’s career is embodied by an unwavering dedication to empowering individuals. Starting as a recruiter, she swiftly ascended to leadership roles, overseeing recruitment teams across 40+ countries for global giants such as IBM and Management Recruiters International. Next Helene and her exceptional teams pioneered the establishment of world-class learning institutions within these organizations, providing invaluable resources for employees to navigate their careers while prioritizing work-life balance.

In the face of the Covid-19 pandemic challenges, Helene’s commitment remained steadfast, inspiring her to establish Motus Career Coaching. Driven by personal loss—the passing of her mother, a revered career coach—Helene founded Motus as a tribute to her mother’s legacy and her own enduring dedication to guiding others through career transitions.
